Under 18′s Booking Information

Guests aged 16-18

• We are happy to consider unaccompanied guests aged 16 & 17.
• Booking and all payments by a nominated parent/guardian only.
• If it gets broken – it’s paid for.
• No Parties in the accommodation.
• Any illegal activity – zero tolerance.
• Whatever respect or disrespect is shown to the property, staff, other guests and neighbours – we will give it back in bucket loads J

Guests aged under 16 (yes even by a week)

• We can only accept a guest who is under 16 (on arrival) if a parent or nominated guardian is staying at the same property.

Parents:

We take our guests’ safety and security very seriously so that they can have a really good time whilst being shown the respect they deserve. So with that in mind:

• All properties have key-coded entry systems so that only our guests are allowed access.
• Every guest has their own key with a 24 emergency number on the fob.
• State-of-the-art CCTV in the non-private areas.
• Compliant to Fire regulations.
• Wired and/or wireless Fire detection systems in all properties.
• Fire servicing, updates and regulation information via external company.
• All properties have carbon monoxide alarms (strangely, this is not a legal requirement!).
